What happens if a delivery cannot be completed?

Delivery Attempt Was Unsuccessful

If a delivery attempt failed, don’t worry—your package is still on the way.

📦 Why the delivery may have failed
Common reasons include:

  • No one was available to receive the package
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Access restrictions (e.g., gated building, locked entry)

🔁 What happens next?
Depending on the carrier, they may:

  • Attempt delivery again
  • Leave the package at a local depot or pickup location
  • Return the package to the sender after multiple attempts

📍 What you should do

  • Check your tracking updates for the latest status
  • Review any delivery notices left by the carrier for instructions
