Can I reroute, redirect, change the delivery address, or return my package?

Can a parcel be re-routed or returned while in transit? How do I change the address?

Common questions..

  • Can I reroute my package?
  • Can I redirect a shipment to a different address?
  • Can I change the delivery address after shipping?
  • Can I return a package to the sender?
  • Can I stop a delivery that is already in transit?
  • Can I recall a shipment?
  • Can a parcel be rerouted?
  • What happens if the package has already been delivered?

If your package is already in-transit, re-routing or refusal requests can only be made once delivery has been attempted by a carrier. If an error was made in the routing of your parcel, the recipient should refuse the delivery and the carrier will return the package to their facility awaiting further instructions. At this time, a new delivery address can be noted to the carrier or the parcel can be returned to the origin shipper.
