We are looking for a results-driven Customs Brokerage Sales Executive with proven experience in customs brokerage and bonded warehouse solutions. This role will focus on generating new business for our Canadian customs clearance services and bonded warehouse offerings, including CW Bonded and FTZ storage. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with eCommerce brands, freight forwarders, and importers, and will possess strong communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Spanish is considered a strong asset but not mandatory.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. The Sales/Customer Support Specialist will help the administration in building and maintaining a strong relationship with their clients and prospective clients in all lines of business. He/She will also handle administrative duties such as managing customer accounts, providing high-quality customer service, facilitating troubleshooting and managing sales leads in all lines of business.
